Orders & Payment

Are your pieces made to order?
Yes. Every Nijrang piece is printed to order — made for you after you place it, never mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse. That's also why we dispatch within 24–48 working hours rather than the same minute.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online (cards, UPI, and more via Paytm) or choose Cash on Delivery and pay when your order arrives. Your card details are always encrypted during payment.

Can I get a custom print?
Yes — any design, in any size, right down to newborns and toddlers. If you'd like something custom made, reach out at nijrangcare@gmail.com and we'll take it from there.

Do you make kids' and newborn sizes?
We do — including gifting pieces for the little ones.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 24–48 working hours. Orders across India usually arrive in about 5–8 working days, depending on your location. Parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North East India may take up to 10 working days, and in rare cases delivery can take up to 2 weeks.

How do I track my order?
Tracking details are emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven't received them, write to us at nijrangcare@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India, via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress based on your pincode.

Exchanges & Returns

What's your exchange and return policy?
We're an exchange-first brand. If there's a size issue or you received the wrong piece, raise an exchange within 7 days of delivery — exchanges are free, and we'll arrange the reverse pickup. If there's no defect but you'd still prefer to return instead of exchange, ₹150 is deducted from your refund toward pickup.

My size doesn't fit — what can I do?
Request a free size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, with its original sticker label attached and packed well. Note: size issues are eligible for a free exchange, not a refund.

I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
Please don't accept a visibly damaged package at delivery. If a defect or wrong item slips through, email nijrangcare@gmail.com with your order details and photos within 7 days — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

When do refunds apply, and how long do they take?
Refunds are issued only in genuine cases of a defective product. Once approved, online payments are refunded to your original payment method; for Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide. Your bank may take a little extra time to post it.

What can't be exchanged or returned?
Custom or personalized pieces, sale or discount-code items, and anything used or washed even once. A slight variation in colour or design from what's shown on screen isn't considered a defect.
