Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 24 to 48 working hours.

How long will delivery take?
Orders in India are typically delivered in around 5–8 working days, depending on your shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather, etc.). In rare cases it may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability. In parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information is sent to your email once your product ships. If you haven't received it, write to us at nijrangcare@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order.

Which courier companies deliver the product?
Orders are shipped via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, based on your pincode.

What if tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it?
This is rare — the product is usually received by family, neighbours, flatmates, or an office mailroom. In genuine cases, we'll refund the full amount after a proper investigation, which takes 10 working days.

If you get a delivery notification but haven't received the product, let us know within 48 hours of the notification. We'll immediately raise it with our courier partner and resolve it. After that window, it's difficult for us to act, and we won't be liable for any losses.
