Returns and Exchange Policy
Every Nijrang piece is made to order, so we're an exchange-first brand. If something isn't right, the quickest fix is a swap — and we'll help you do it.
All exchanges and returns are accepted only when you inform us of an issue within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
Exchanges — free
If there's a size issue or you've received the wrong product, raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. We'll exchange it for another size or the correct product of the same value at no extra charge, and we'll arrange the reverse pickup. Free exchange on size issues — but no refund on size issues.
If the new piece you want is higher in value, the difference must be paid online.
To be accepted, the product must have its original sticker label attached, be folded correctly, and be packed well so it isn't damaged in transit. Without this, the exchange can't be processed.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order, we always recommend an exchange over a return. If there's no defect and no delivery issue but you'd still prefer to return your item, ₹150 will be deducted from your refund for the reverse-pickup service, as logistics costs have risen significantly.
Refunds
We issue refunds only in genuine cases of defective products delivered — on no other grounds. If you receive a faulty product, email nijrangcare@gmail.com with your order details, the nature of the issue, and photographs of the defect.
Approved refunds are sent to the same bank account the payment came from, or to a bank account you provide.
Please note the t-shirt's colour and design may vary slightly from what's shown on our website, social pages, and ads. Returns and refunds aren't possible for slight variation in colour or design.
If our verification shows the defect was caused by your own actions or omissions, we won't be responsible for refunding amounts paid. To avoid such issues, do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
Please also note:
- We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the merchandise doesn't qualify.
- Exchange/return requests are processed only once per order.
- Any product used or washed even once cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Any product bought during a sale or with a discount code isn't eligible for a refund.
